Ok, I've been working with my Tulpas for a couple of weeks, and everything is going good except for a couple of issues with visualizing. The biggest one (And I am still working on it!) Is that I if I'm not specifically focusing on trying to see on of them, I see at least one of them as formless color

Also, for some reason, I find it extremely difficult to see in first person in my wonderland. Is that normal or something I should be worried about?
Ok, thanks! What about the color thing? Like I've been working the last couple of days on "finalizing" what my tulpas want to look like, but for Kit, my first one, whenever I think of her, I just get a strong sense of the color orange
hmm, I can't say I've had that exact experience before or known someone who has, but it doesn't seem that different from stuff I (or others) have experienced with visualization
It sounds like you may want to start off with the basics then. Start with the apple method, but make sure you're doing it all in first person and work from there.
heres a good rule of thumb:
If you are wondering if you are just talking to yourself, think, am I genuinly wondering right now?
If you are actually unsure, then it is most likely them. hell I'd venture to say it is certainly them.
You are certain of your conscious actions, that is what makes them conscious
Well, the way that I believe tulpas work, would mean that it literally all is you, as one whole person, but you just assign these certain thoughts names, and organize them.
I believe AJ is seperate from me, she likes different things, often disagrees with me, and has a differing but complimentary personality (a cute on at that).
It has been done, yes. I personally don't think that is a more effective way to accomplish lucidity vs self-motivated attempts, but people do it.(edited)
